Using Sumhound
By using Sumhound, you agree to these terms. The current service is free commerce intelligence for Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop settlement operations and platform changes, plus an experimental AI visibility scan for commerce brands. The anonymous tools do not require an account.
Your files and profile
Only upload files you are authorized to use. Settlement files are processed for your current request and are not stored by the product. If you create an optional profile, keep email links secure and provide accurate, non-sensitive operational context. Do not enter platform credentials, payment-card data, payout values or another person’s sensitive information in profile or client fields.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, probe or bypass access controls, submit malicious files, misuse email flows, or use Sumhound in violation of law or a platform’s terms. Reasonable use of public pages and the documented product interface is welcome; uncontrolled automated traffic may be limited. Do not put personal, confidential, customer or credential data into AI visibility fields; scan only information you are authorized to send to the listed providers.
Source and analysis limits
Sumhound summarizes official public sources and applies deterministic parsing and matching rules, but it cannot guarantee complete coverage, perfect classification or advance notice of every platform change. Verify critical deadlines and requirements against the linked official source. Analyzer results depend on the fields in the uploaded report and should be checked against platform and bank records. AI visibility answers are generated by third-party models, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and can change between scans. Verify citations and do not treat mention percentages or suggested actions as guaranteed search or sales outcomes.

Sumhound provides operational information, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for business decisions, filings, platform compliance and the accuracy of your records.
Availability and changes
We may correct content, change or discontinue features, and suspend abusive use. We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Public source, analyzer and email dependencies can fail outside Sumhound’s control.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Sumhound is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, a missed platform update or reliance on an analyzer result. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
